My 90 Honda Civic Has A Stoping Problem With My Brake System... What Could It Be?...?
Well it started 2 days ago, my cars brakes felt funny. When I brake, the break pedal went all the way down. Then I checked if the car had any brake fluid. It had a little bit. So I refill it again. Yesturday, It did the same thing, I notice the back passanger tire had brake fluid everywhere. I check the back of the brum of the and a little brake line was leaking the fluids. I replaced the little brake line no leak but Its still doing the same thing. When I push the break it take a long time to stop the car. What could be wrong?... Do I need to replace the brake pump?... Ideas?...
If you haven't done so already, bleed the brakes to get any air out of the lines. Otherwise, maybe the master cylinder is bad.
